Exchange & Refund Policy
· To benefit from exchange or refund services, the original invoice must be presented.
- In the event that a course is cancelled for any reason, the client may either receive a refund for the course fee or choose to transfer the booking to another course of their preference, provided that the new course has the same price as the previous one.
- Clients may exchange their paid course with another course up to 24 hours before the course start date, provided that the price of the new course is the same. If the new course price is higher, the client must pay the difference. If it is lower, the remaining balance will be credited to the client for use in future courses.
- The client’s right to request a refund will be forfeited if the request is not submitted at least seven (7) business days before the course start date.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the client’s account within 10 business days.
- If the payment was made through credit cards, Mada, or Apple Pay, applicable banking fees for cash refunds will be deducted from the total paid amount.
- If a diving trip is cancelled for any reason, the client may either receive a refund for the trip fee or transfer the booking to another trip of their choice, provided that the new trip has the same price as the previous one.
· Clients may exchange a booked diving trip with another trip up to seven (7) business days before the scheduled trip date, provided that the new trip has the same price as the original. If the new trip costs more, the client must pay the difference. If the price is lower, the remaining balance will be credited to the client for future trips.
· The right to request a refund for a diving trip will be forfeited if the request is not submitted at least fourteen (14) business days before the trip start date.
· If payment was made through credit cards, Mada, or Apple Pay, any applicable banking processing fees will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
· Products purchased from the store may be returned within 7 days and exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
- In the case of bundle or promotional offers, the customer must return all items included in the bundle; partial returns are not accepted.
· The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of returns or exchanges.
· Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Products that are damaged due to misuse, breakage, water exposure, external maintenance, or the use of incompatible accessories are not covered.
· Coral Beach Diving reserves the right to cancel any order in case of system errors, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account or card, and the customer will not be entitled to claim the product.
· Policies are subject to change without prior notice, and the company reserves the right to modify them at any time.
- In case of bank transfer refunds, the refund process may take between 2 to 12 business days to be credited to the customer’s account.
- Products that are not eligible for return or exchange: electronic devices, gift cards, and promotional gifts.
