The Professional Divemaster Development Program is a structured, hands-on training program designed for certified Rescue Divers who are ready to begin their journey toward becoming professional Divemasters.
Participants gain real-world experience by working alongside experienced dive professionals in the daily operations of a professional dive center. The program includes customer service, dive center operations, dive trip organization, equipment preparation and maintenance, cylinder handling, assisting instructors during courses, supporting certified divers, safety procedures, emergency response planning, sales, marketing, and operational management.
Designed to build leadership, confidence, and practical experience, the program prepares participants to successfully complete their Divemaster certification while developing the professional skills and operational experience valued by dive centers and resorts worldwide.

Admission Requirements:
- Certified Rescue Diver from a recognized scuba diving training organization.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Medically fit for diving.
- Commitment to the dive center’s policies and procedures throughout the program.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive:
- A Professional Divemaster Development Program Certificate of Completion.
- A Letter of Experience outlining the practical skills and competencies acquired during the program (subject to successful completion of all program requirements).
- A Professional Performance Evaluation that can be used to support future employment applications.
- Priority consideration for employment opportunities at Coral Beach Diving Center when suitable vacancies become available.
